Comprehensive Program Services was established in 1998 to provide hands-on project management services to building owners. Our focus is on public sector work, and our experience ranges from city halls to courthouses, detention facilities, municipal buildings, higher education buildings and parks. We act as the Owner’s representative, providing leadership and oversight of projects from their initiation, proactively setting them up for success. We work to understand your mission and achieve your goals, and perform a variety of key activities such as assessments of existing conditions, needs assessments, programming, team onboarding, contract negotiations, as well as budget and schedule management.
