The workshop will provide access to managers of state and federal financing programs. Participants will learn how to use best management practices, such as asset management, to increase their chances at funding. We will consider how a cost of service study, capital improvement plan and asset management plan lead to a robust financial plan. We will review ways to design water rates to meet the revenue needs of the financial plan. Staff of various funding programs will provide input on how they score loan and grant applications.
