Overview

You are invited to the Fourth Annual Strategic Code Enforcement Management Academy (SCEMA) in Memphis, TN on March 26-27, 2020. This two-day, team building workshop is designed for local government code enforcement managers, attorneys and their community partners to adapt and tailor the core principles and practices of strategic code enforcement to the priority neighborhood challenges confronting each team’s community.
 
WHAT IS SCEMA?
Founded in 2017, SCEMA is a joint program of the University of Memphis School of Law and Neighborhood Preservation, Inc. devoted to elevating the field of code enforcement and building a network of showcase communities. SCEMA provides the rare opportunity for peer learning among code enforcement programs from diverse cities, counties, and towns that want to enhance, expand or share their transformations to strategic code enforcement.
