Sen. Mike Dugan
District 30

This bill allows for municipalities and counties to exempt all, or parts of developmental impact fees if that action was supportive in the development of workforce housing. The bill notably does not include a definition of 'workforce housing' allowing a city or county maximum flexibility in determining which projects meet that definition for their community. GMA is supportive of this bill as it allows for local governments to make determinations on the levying of impact fees as is relates to a city or counties infrastructure capacity.
