COVID-19 Vaccination Campaign Toolkit

“It’s Worth a Shot” is GMA's comprehensive public information campaign around the COVID-19 vaccine. This campaign was built to contribute to Gov. Brian Kemp’s and the Georgia Department of Health’s goal to vaccinate as many Georgians as possible during spring and early summer 2021, reach 70%-80% vaccination rate and achieve herd immunity. The goal of this campaign is to provide all of Georgia’s cities—regardless of their size, location or communications resources—the tools to educate their residents on the COVID-19 vaccine.

On July 29, Governor Brian Kemp released a statement providing additional details about the allocation of funds. That statement, as well as a breakdown of how Phase I of the funds will be distributed, can be found by clicking the link.
