  • Why employers must file the 1094-B and 1095-B Forms
  • How to complete the 1094-B and 1095-B Forms
  • How to file the Forms with the IRS and with the enrolled employee/former employee
  • What employers must do in order for GMA to provide enrollment information needed to complete the Forms, or for GMA to send prepared B Forms for the employer to file.
