The following information is required to complete your 2026 Visionary City Award application.
- Up to three community impact statements describing the impact of the initiative/project from partners and/or residents outside of city staff and elected officials. A minimum of one statement is required.
- No more than four digital photographs, graphics or other printed visual items. A minimum of one image or graphic is required.
- (Optional): Links to up to two videos totaling four minutes in length.
These resources must be submitted by close of business on Friday, October 3, 2025.
