The Georgia Downtown Association board met in Thomasville Jan. 16-18 for the annual board retreat, which was facilitated by Mrs. Teri Smiley with Starfish Partnerships. The robust meeting set the plan for the direction of the board and its partners for the 2024 calendar year. The meeting agenda also included team-building activities, role defining, visioning and goal setting. At the culmination of the meeting, the board toured sites that will be utilized for the Annual Georgia Downtown Conference scheduled for August this year, which will also be held in Thomasville.
