The Georgia Department of Community Affairs (DCA) and the Northwest Georgia Regional Commission (NWGRC) are partnering to host the Qualified Local Government, Service Delivery Strategies and Local Government and Authorities Reporting Requirements Workshop Sept. 22 from 10:30 am to noon at Georgia Highlands College’s Cartersville campus. Participants can expect to hear about DCA requirements for planning, research and surveys, and about requirements for the Georgia Department of Audits and Accounts.
This workshop will help local leaders maintain their Qualified Local Government (QLG) status and receive state funding.
