Registration Information

To streamline the registration process, one representative from each department may register all attendees for their department if desired.

To begin, locate the sign-in form on the right side of the screen. If you are unsure of your username, click the "Forgot Username" link and enter

your email address.

• Registration Fees:

• Fire Personnel: $30 per person
• Business Sponsors: $1000 (Please note: Only sponsoring companies are eligible to participate.)

If your account already exists in the registration system, you will receive an email containing your username. Once you have your username, return to the sign-in form and click the "Forgot Password" link. Enter the username you received via email, and you will be sent a link to reset your password. After resetting your password, you will be logged in and ready to register.

If you do not receive an email, select the "Create a New Account" link to begin the registration process.

Once logged in, choose either "Register Myself" or "Register Someone Else."

• Register Someone Else will display a list of individuals within your department. If someone is not listed, you may create a new record for that individual.
• For each registrant, ensure you add the Legislative Dinner ticket before proceeding to check out.

If you are bringing a guest (e.g., spouse, child), you will see the option to "Add a Guest" as a link below the "Register Someone Else" button.

Payment Information

Online registrations must be paid via credit card. 

Important Note: Do not email credit card information. For security reasons, our system blocks emails that appear to contain credit card details.

GMA strives to accommodate all guest needs at GMA-hosted events, but we cannot guarantee that food available at GMA-hosted events is completely free from allergens. If you have food allergies, please take necessary precautions, as attending means you accept responsibility for any potential reactions. While we do our best, we are unable to assume liability for food-related concerns. GMA has no control over food provided at events it does not host, even when such events take place in conjunction with or in the same venue as GMA-hosted events. You should reach out directly to the host of such events to discuss any food restrictions.
