Registration Instructions

1. Sign In
   On the right side of the screen, you will see a sign-in form.
• If you do not know your username, click the Forgot Username link and enter your email address.
• If your information exists in the registration system, you will receive an email containing your username.
2. Reset Your Password
• Once you have your username, click the Forgot Password link on the sign-in form and enter the username provided in the email.
• You will then receive another email with a link to reset your password.
• After resetting your password, you will be logged in and able to register.
3. Create a New Account (if needed)
• If you do not receive an email with your username, click the Create a New Account link to begin the registration process.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be submitted in writing by September 17 to receive a full refund.
• Cancellations after September 17 will incur a $50 administrative fee.
• Substitutions are allowed if you are unable to attend and wish to send someone in your place.

Hotel Information

• The Gas Section has reserved a block of rooms at the Marriott Savannah Riverfront at a rate of $259–$359 per night.
• Group parking rate: $33 per day.
• Room block ends September 4.
