Registration & Accommodation Information
To streamline the registration process, a designated representative may register all attendees from the same system.
Sign-In & Account Access
On the right side of the screen, you will find the sign-in form. If you do not remember your username, click "Forgot Username" and enter your email address.
- If your information exists in our registration system, you will receive an email containing your username.
- Once received, click "Forgot Password" on the sign-in form and enter the username provided. You will then receive an email with a link to reset your password.
- After resetting your password, you will be automatically logged in and ready to proceed with registration.
If you do not receive an email, click "Create a New Account" to begin the registration process.
Registration Process
Once logged in, choose either "Register Myself" or "Register Someone Else."
- The "Register Someone Else" option provides a list of individuals within your entity. If someone is not listed, you may create a new record for them.
- For each registrant, select the appropriate registration items based on their planned participation.
- After completing registrations for all attendees, proceed to the cart for checkout.
If you are bringing a guest (e.g., spouse, child, etc.), you will find the "Add a Guest" option below the "Register Someone Else" button.
Payment Information
Online registration requires credit card payment. If registering via paper form, a check must be attached, or you may request a call to provide credit card payment. Do not email credit card information—our system automatically blocks any emails containing sensitive payment details.

- Group Rate: $269 per night + applicable state and local taxes/fees (City and State fees are not exempt by law).
