The Harold F. Holtz Municipal Training Institute will hold the three-hour regional class: Roles and Responsibilities of Council and Staff at the Fitzgerald Grand Theatre, 119 S Main Street, Fitzgerald, following the GMA District 11 meeting at the same location.

This District 11 Regional Training Class will be offered following the GMA District 11 meeting. Class description: While municipal elected officials have the responsibility to develop policies to effectively address complex issues and problems that are often unique to cities, they typically must rely on public sector employees to implement them. In this class, the different perspectives of council and staff are explored in order to identify ways for them to collaborate in addressing public problems.
