We will be covering our newest feature available to the cities that participate in our defined benefit retirement plans. Our member self-service portal will give retirees and active employees the ability to log into our portal and access their retirement information online. Online features will include updating direct deposits, downloading tax documents, reviewing plan information, running retirement estimates and more.
