Set-Up Hours
- Friday, June 20: 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM (equipment booth setup only)
- Saturday, June 21: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Exhibit Hall Hours
- Saturday, June 21: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- Sunday, June 22 : 10:30 AM – 2:00 PM (Lunch served in the hall)
Note: Booths may not be dismantled before 2:00 PM on Sunday.
Booth Pricing and Inclusions
Standard Booth
- Price: $1,625
- Includes: 10' x 10' space, three exhibit passes, one 6-foot draped table, two chairs, and one wastebasket. Up to three additional exhibit passes may be purchased.
Equipment Space
- Price: $2,000
- Includes: Space for larger equipment; five exhibit passes included. Up to five additional passes may be purchased. Furniture is not included.
Booth Registration Process
During the registration process, you will need to provide:
- The registration platform embeds an exhibitor contract. To proceed, you must click "acknowledgement."
- Proof of liability insurance (minimum $1 million per occurrence). If you don’t have it available, you can email it to exhibits@gacities.com. The certificate holder will be:

Housing and Badge Registration
Within 24 hours of reserving your booth, you will receive an email from GMA Registrations (registration@gacities.com). This email will include a link to register booth staff and book hotel rooms. The only tab you need click is the TEAM tab – your exhibitor profile is housed in the interactive floorplan software.
You may either complete the staff registration yourself or forward the link to your team. The hotel booking link will be included in the confirmation email after registration is completed.
Important
- All booth staff must be registered and wear a badge to access the exhibit hall.
- Being listed as the main contact does not automatically register you for a badge. You must register yourself if you will be working the booth.
- During badge registration, scroll to the "Housing" section to assign hotel rooms.
Booth Services and Ordering
Shepard Exposition Services is the official service contractor. A service kit will be sent to you by email and will include order forms for:
- Electrical power
- Additional furniture
- Booth utilities and enhancements
Online Floor Plan and Booth Edits
If your exhibitor profile is blank or needs to be updated, an invitation should have been sent to your team. If you did not receive it, contact us at exhibits@gacities.com and we will confirm the primary contact and resend the link tso that your company make changes.
Meals and Convention Access
Meals
Meals and refreshments will be provided during exhibit hall hours, including lunch on Sunday.
Convention Access
Exhibitor registration includes access to the exhibit hall only June 21-22. To attend the entire convention, you must purchase a separate registration:
