This grant will support the implementation of new, and enhance existing, family-based alternative sentencing programs for parents/primary caregivers who are involved in or at risk for becoming involved in the criminal justice system.

This grant program will support states, state and local courts, units of local government, and federally recognized Tribal governments to implement new and enhance existing juvenile drug treatment courts (JDTCs) to improve outcomes for youth with substance use disorders or co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders.
