Grant & Award Opportunities
Georgia Opioid Abatement Trust
Deadline: May 23, 2026
The Georgia Opioid Crisis Abatement Trust was created in 2022 to manage and distribute up to $1.3 billion from multiple opioid settlements over an 18-year period. These private funds — not taxpayer dollars — support prevention, treatment, recovery, harm reduction, education, law enforcement, and research across Georgia.
Money is awarded through a competitive grant process, with decisions guided by the communities most affected by the opioid crisis. Every dollar is tracked, and every decision reflects a commitment to transparency, accountability, and real results — impact that matters, led by local voices and guided by data.
