Juvenile Drug Treatment Court Program

This grant program will support states, state and local courts, units of local government, and federally recognized Tribal governments to implement new and enhance existing juvenile drug treatment courts (JDTCs) to improve outcomes for youth with substance use disorders or co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders.
There are two categories of funding available:
- Category 1: Juvenile Drug Treatment Court Planning and Implementation Program (Anticipated Award Amount: $1,000,000) Category 1 will support states, state and local courts, units of local government, and federally recognized Tribal governments to implement new JDTCs.
- Category 2: Juvenile Drug Treatment Court Enhancement Program (Anticipated Award Amount: $825,000) Category 2 will support states, state and local courts, units of local government, and federally recognized Tribal governments to enhance existing JDTCs.

Eligibility
Eligible entities include:
- Government Entities
- State governments
- County governments
- City or township governments
- Native American Tribal governments (federally recognized)
Match Requirement
This NOFO requires a 25% match based on the total project costs. Federal funds awarded under this NOFO may not cover more than 75% of the total costs of the project being funded. The applicant must cover at least 25% of the total project costs
