GMA Calendar of Events

The Georgia Municipal Association (GMA) Human Resources Administration Certificate (HRAC) Program includes six classes designed to provide city elected officials and appointed staff with the tools to successfully recruit, train, and retain talent to provide services to their communities in an inclusive and equitable approach. The program also addresses the expanded need from the previous service of HR Express, which offered online webinars, training, and access to Personnel Law attorneys.

The Municipal Leader Community and Workplace Culture Certificate equips municipal leaders with the skills to foster positive workplaces, strengthen community engagement, and drive long-term prosperity. Through collaboration and ethical leadership, participants will gain strategies to build thriving communities where people want to live, work, and play.

GeorgiaForward works to improve Georgia by fostering civic engagement, developing future leaders, and empowering collaborative problem-solving.
