Terry, 36, has served as mayor in Clarkston, one of the most diverse cities in Georgia, since 2013. He also heads the state chapter of the Sierra Club.
The project, known as “The Cottages on Vaughan” is situated on a half-acre lot centrally located one block from downtown Clarkston, and will include eight tiny homes.
Situated one block from downtown Clarkston, the eight homes will be built on permanent foundations on the half-acre lot.They will range in size from 250 to 492 square feet, the city said in a statement.
Clarkston’s ordinance prevents discrimination on the basis of sexuality, race, religion, sex, disability, national origin, age, ancestry or military status. It applies to businesses, housing and employment.
