The RMEBS Board of Trustees is proud to introduce Mayor Julie Smith of Tifton and Mayor Jason Holt of Fitzgerald as our newest members.
Julie Smith has served as the Mayor of Tifton since 2015 and is the Immediate Past President of GMA. A dedicated public servant with a passion for community development, Julie has been instrumental in fostering economic growth and enhancing the quality of life for Tifton residents. Mayor Smith brings a wealth of experience in local governance and a keen understanding of community engagement.
Mayor Jason Holt began his term as mayor of Fitzgerald in 2021. With a background in business, Mayor Holt has spearheaded projects designed to foster a vibrant and inclusive community. Jason is very active with GMA, and has completed over 300 hours of training and served on our governing board. His strategic vision and collaborative spirit make him a valuable addition to our board.
